This is a Bay Cup tournament. In addition to the event fee, the following Bay Cup registration fee is required:
$0 if fencer has season pass
$10/event for single-event registration
$70 for season-long membership pass may be purchased by mail until October 11, 2011. Payment forms available by email request to TheBayCup@gmail.com . The season pass allows the fencer to participate in applicable age-category events in the Junior, Senior and Veteran series. The season pass is a better deal for those who plan to compete in more than one series.
A late fee of $10 will be assessed for registering at the door.
Entry fee is $20/event.
If pre-registration has closed (applies to pre-registrations between Oct 20 -22) and you would like to compete, please email the organizers with the fencers’ name, USFA membership number and event. If you notify us ahead of the day, we will waive the late fee at the door.
Please make sure that the email address you have in askFred is a valid address that you monitor regularly, so that we may communicate with you if necessary. It is possible, that we may have to adjust the start time of the Y12MF depending on number of pre-registered fencers in the Y10MF.
If you are new to competitive fencing, please try to complete a membership registration online with USFA before the day of the competition at http://usfencing.org/usa-fencing-membership and complete the fencer’s profile on askFred to help event administration.
